Today for our family Easter dinner, I made this salad. It’s called officially Festive Dinner Salad, and I found it at kraftfoods.com. Very quick, and VERY tasty!
Pear Spinach Salad
8 cups baby spinach (I used regular and it was still good)
2 medium pears, sliced
1 medium red onion, sliced
3/4 cup cashews
1 cup raspberry vinaigrette (KRAFT Light Done Right!)
Combine Spinach, pears, onion, and cashews in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing just before serving.
Combine all ingredients except the pears and dressing. Slice the pears and toss with the dressing. Refrigerate the salad and pears separately until ready to use. Toss the salad with the pear mixture just before serving.
