Improvised Pasta Bake

Last night, I had thawed some spaghetti sauce that I had frozen a few weeks ago. And it was about all I had around that would work for dinner. Of course Chad didn’t “feel like” spaghetti. So I tricked him! He got a hotdish instead!

I basically just cooked some pasta, poured the sauce over top. Took some fat free sour cream and spooned that over the top, and then kind of smeared it through, and then sprinkled the whole thing with low fat mozzarella cheese, and baked for 25 minutes at 350. And he loved it!
