Eating Style

There is an interesting article in my new Health magazine (which I love reading every month) that I just got yesterday. It is Know Your Eating Style and how changing different aspects of your eating style can help you lose weight. The quiz breaks it down into where you need the most help. I need to eat more fresh foods (duh!) and stop worrying about my weight. Not that I really feel like I need to lose weight, I just wish it was easier to maintain where I’m at right now…
