Waiting: The True Confessions of a Waitress

I finished reading Waiting: The True Confessions of a Waitress, by Debra Ginsberg, on my plane ride to Orange County last week. It was good. I definitely enjoyed the first part of it more. I’m not sure if maybe I lost interest after setting it down for a few weeks. It basically was a memoir of a woman’s career as a waitress and why for her waitressing was not a “between Jobs” job.
