As I’ve been going through recipes, I found another one that I had all the ingredients for… thus dinner tonight! Love recipes that consist of pretty basic staples and only require dirtying one pan!
Chad thought it sounded like an odd mix of ingredients, but likes each ingredient individually which for him, usually equates to enjoying the new dish!
Beefy One-Pot Dinner
A Kraft Recipe
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup finely chopped potatoes
1 cup water
1 can (14 oz.) baked beans
1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add vegetables; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
STIR in water. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 10 min. or until vegetables are tender.
ADD beans and barbecue sauce; stir. Cook 5 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese.
