It is a sad sad day (reminiscent of the sadness I felt when Ryne Sandberg retired [both times – from the Cubs] and when Harry Caray died). I remember the first time I watched Favre play for the Pack… I also remember the painful 80s when I was a huge fan of the Pack and excited when any games were won.
