Last week I called around to get quotes/estimates on garbage service, since we were paying over $1/day for our current service.  I was able to find significantly lower rates, so I called our current service to cancel.  Of course they offered me a MUCH lower rate, even lower than the significantly lower rates offered by other providers. They then offered to lock me in for 2 years.  Ummm, yes, please!!  Our rates dropped $35 every quarter!
