Last night after putting Maria to bed, I decided just to go to bed early and read. 

After getting in bed about 10 minutes later, I hear a soft patter of feet and there standing in my bedroom door is Maria.  “Mommy, what book is that?” as if it’s perfectly normal for her to be up walking around after 8:30…

Even after putting her back in bed, we know she was still getting up, because her door would be wide open after we shut it every 10 minutes or so.

And the last couple mornings at daycare have been rough; she’s tired and cries when Chad drops her off. Yesterday Chad said she actually crawled back in bed after he got her up and dressed. 

probably time to implement some SuperNanny techniques…   just wish the timing was better!
