Looking for Alaska by John Green

Looking for Alaska was an interesting read. I think I wanted to like it as much as The Fault in Our Stars. It was good and well written but I felt like it could have been more. Although I do wonder if the simplicity of the story was what made it appealing.

I did find myself relating to the characters, but I don’t know that I empathized with them much. Good read. It had been awhile since I had gotten into a book and this one did suck me in pretty quickly.
