I took the day off. Went for a run and then cleaned my house. My fitbit registered 18000 steps! Wow… No wonder I was tired last night!
Breakfast:
- Sweet potatoes, turkey sausage, Apple and spinach in coconut oil
Lunch: ( a reward because I had worked so hard)
- Chipotle – salad with carnitas, tomatoes, green salsa, and guacamole. YUMMMMM
Dinner:
- Carne Asada with guacamole
- Sautéed peppers, onions, tomatoes in olive oil
Exercise:
- Running – 5K Runner (Week 3- Day 3)
