Whole 30 – Day #25

Re-entry back to work.  It was a good day.  Yoga in the morning was a good stretch after all those steps yesterday…
So my favorite change in these past 30 days… baby hairs.. my hair was “re-generating” a LOT prior to this.. but now I have all these baby hairs filling in like I have little wispy bangs.  Those hairs make me smile!
Breakfast:
  • Sweet potatoes, turkey sausage, Apple and spinach in coconut oil
Lunch:
  • Baked Sweet Potato (I made an extra 2 days earlier) with coconut butter
  • Leftover Shredded Beef with Homemade Barbecue Sauce
Dinner:
  • Leftover Shredded Beef with Homemade Barbecue Sauce
  • Sautéed Broccoli Slaw, Tomatoes
  • Salad with OG-ish Dressing
Exercise:
  • Yoga with Adriene (Day 11 of her 30 Days of Yoga Series)
