Wow! 1 more day of this challenge… Today I ate a bunch of pistachios… still better than corn chips But I don’t have this salt craving all figured out.

- Baked Sweet Potato
- Ground Beef in Homemade BBQ Sauce
Dinner:
- Turkey Breast
- Mashed Potatoes (with ghee)
- Paleo Cranberry Sauce
Exercise:
- Running – 5K Runner (Week 4- Day 2)
